Tracks and WayPoints Are Not Created During B2G Import

Summary

In some cases, importing a B2G file may fail to create Tracks and WayPoints. Instead, the point cloud is imported as a single Setup.

This behaviour appears to be related to specific user-defined settings.

Workaround

The recommended workaround is to reset the application settings to their default values as follows:

  1. Remove the following registry key: Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Leica Geosystems\Register360\Settings.

  2. Restart Cyclone Register 360 PLUS and then reimport the B2G file.
