Set Level By | User

This tool establishes a vertical height directly from a user-defined entry.

Using the Tool

To set a level from a user-defined entry, follow the steps below:

1. Click the User icon in the Set Level By panel.

   1. The Set Level dialog appears.

2. In the Set Level dialog, do the following:

   1. Enter the Elevation value.

   2. Specify the Level Name.

   3. From the Create Plan View drop-down menu, select how to save the associated plan view in the Revit project browser.

   4. Click OK, and the associated plan view will appear in the Revit project browser.
