Auto Cloud Option Returns Blue Link Despite Successful Alignment

Summary

When importing data with geo coordinates in Cyclone REGISTER 360 PLUS using the Auto Cloud option, the resulting Link is sometimes displayed in blue, indicating that the Cloud‑to‑Cloud alignment did not achieve the required quality level.
However, in this case, the blue Link is shown wrongly. If the user optimises the Link, the alignment produces good Link quality, confirming that the registration was actually successful.

Workaround

To prevent this issue, increase the Point Cloud Density setting before running Auto Cloud:

1. Go to Settings | Cloud-to-Cloud | Max point density (1-100).

2. Increase density from the default value of 10 to 100.

This adjustment will help as long as the Link criteria are actually met, ensuring the Link is evaluated correctly and displayed in green.
