Option to Visualize Setups by SiteMap in Cloud Viewer

The user has the option to view only the Setups in a SiteMap in the cloud viewer.

The command is on the Settings menu under the Rendering tab:

Example workflow:

1. The user selects the Show only Setups from SiteMap in Bundle view option.

2. Same workflow as above.

3. The user enters the Bundle view from SiteMap 1 and only see 2 Setups.
