Views

This menu provides the tools to easily align the view to objects in the point cloud data:

• Plan View allows setting the Z-axis in the up direction, making it easy to align the current view with the UCS when using Align View. The Plan View is also helpful when the Workplane needs to be set horizontally, for example, when drawing a 2D floor plan of the building.

• Elevation View allows setting the Y-axis in the up direction, ensuring that the current view becomes perpendicular to the selected elevation when using Align View. The Elevation View is handy when the Workplane needs to be set vertically, for instance, when drawing windows or doors in the 2D floor plan.
