Cyclone REGISTER 360 now supports the batch renaming of Setups in the Import and Review and Optimize area to help users quickly organize project data.

Multi-select the setups to rename, then right click and select Rename Selected Setups:

Next, enter a naming convention and numbering sequence and click OK to rename the Setups:
