Roles and permissions
All access in HxDR Reality Cloud Studio is controlled through two independent layers of roles. A person's Company Account Role determines what they can do across the account as a whole. Their Project Role determines what they can do within a specific project.
Both roles apply simultaneously — a user needs appropriate permissions at both levels to perform a given action.
Company account roles
Company account roles manage permissions related to account administration, subscription management, project creation, and user management.
Please note that the list below is a summary and may not be exhaustive of all functions or features controlled by Company Account Roles.

Consume against the subscription quota (i.e., upload, download, and process within a project) | SUPPORTED | SUPPORTED | SUPPORTED | NOT SUPPORTED | SUPPORTED |
Ensure that your company account has at least two administrators to provide mutual backup in the event of an absence.
To prevent a user from consuming any subscription quota, we recommend assigning the user the Member Role.
Project roles
Project roles manage permissions related to access and actions within a specific project. Users can be assigned a project role when they are added to a project, and the role can be changed at any time by an Owner or Editor.
