User management
Overview of the authorisation concept
All authorised access in HxDR Reality Cloud Studio is managed through User Roles. Users have two types of Roles:
Company Account Roles: used to manage permissions related to account, project, and user administration
Project Roles: used to manage access to and permissions within a project
Company Account Roles
The following roles are used to manage permissions related to account, project, and user administration, with the corresponding permissions.

Ensure that your company account has at least two administrators to provide mutual backup in the event of an absence.
To prevent a user from consuming any subscription quota, we recommend assigning the user the Member Role.
