All access in Hexagon GeoCloud is controlled through two independent layers of roles. A person's Company Account Role determines what they can do across the account as a whole. Their Project Role determines what they can do within a specific project.
Both roles apply simultaneously — a user needs appropriate permissions at both levels to perform a given action.

Ensure that your company account has at least two administrators to provide mutual backup in the event of an absence.
To prevent a user from consuming any subscription quota, we recommend assigning the user the Member Role.
Project roles
Project roles manage permissions related to access and actions within a specific project. Users can be assigned a project role when they are added to a project, and the role can be changed at any time by an Owner or Editor.
