Reality Cloud Studio: Hardware/Software Requirements
Do I need any specific hardware or software prerequisites to run Reality Cloud Studio on my PC?
Reality Cloud Studio is a web application running in your browser therefore we recommend using the latest version of Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari.
A fast internet connection is key for the performance as data is streamed to your browser. In addition, we recommend using the latest graphic card firmware and drivers.
You can optimize the performance of your browser in your Windows systems settings or in the
graphic card driver.
Can I use Reality Cloud Studio on my mobile phone?
Reality Cloud Studio is a web application running in your browser of your mobile device.
Be aware that Reality Cloud Studio is a data-heavy process and may drastically increase your data usage.
Is Reality Cloud Studio supported by all browsers?
Reality Cloud Studio supports the latest versions of the following browsers: Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari.
In case you experiencing an issue please use one of those browsers or update it to the latest version.
Please ensure that you have GPU Acceleration enabled at the system level in order to get the best performance from Reality Cloud Studio. Many browsers revert to the primary GPU which is often not the most powerful card in your machine.
Go to your Windows Graphics Settings
Turn “Hardware acceleration” on
Click “Browse”
Navigate to “C:\Program Files\Google\Chrome\Application
Select the “Chrome.exe”
Click on “Chrome” and select “Options”
Choose “High Performance GPU”
Reboot and and visit hxdr.app
