What’s New
PinPoint 5.1.1 is a minor release that includes improvements to the control points workflow and bug fixes for stability, in particular for importing SAF files created with the BLK Transfer Tool.

Changes
Control point workflow
The detection of checkerboard and ArUco targets was improved. Furthermore, applying the transformation now gives clearer visual feedback. Error messages and notifications are clearer, for example when the requirements for processing are not met.
Classification cleanups
Points selected by the classification threshold are now highlighted in red instead of being hidden during threshold selection.
Windows and doors
Clearer error messages are shown when a window or door cannot be integrated into a surface. The element can now be adjusted further without restarting the modelling.
Resolved Issues
The following issues have been resolved in this release:
Fixed import failures for SAF files created with the BLK Transfer Tool.
Fixed an issue where GeoTag attachments were lost when importing SAF files exported with BLK Transfer Tool 4.2.x.
Panorama masking now always moves the view to the panorama position to avoid parallax artefacts, and masks can be drawn on the entire screen when zoomed out.
Fixed incorrect residual values in the control point details.
The selected control point or observation is now kept when the control point list is refreshed.
Fixed a crash when displaying or splitting the trajectory of stationary scans.
General stability improvements.
