What’s New
This is a minor release including improvements such as new Limit Boxes and various bug fixes.
Limit Boxes
New Limit Boxes tab in the Tools Browser
We’re introducing Limit Boxes, a new feature that allows you to define boundaries for your Point Clouds. Whether you’re working on large-scale data or focusing on specific areas, Limit Boxes help you isolate and refine your work with ease. This feature is perfect for keeping your projects organised and efficient.
Limit Boxes manager can be found in an additional Limit Boxes tab of the Tools Browser.
Users have a choice to hide Point Clouds outside or inside of the Box
Additionally, you can now export your cleaned data to e57, enhancing data sharing.
Please note: Limit Boxes from Cyclone FIELD360 are not supported in Cyclone REGISTER 360 PLUS in this release.
Additional Setting for notifications with buttons (Quick Link, Pre-Align, others)
Our Latest update includes additional settings for notifications with actionable buttons such as Quick Link, Pre-Align and other.
User can now customize the duration of notifications to 10, 30 or 60 seconds or keep them visible until dismissed. This ensures you never miss the opportunity to run a Quick Link on the last pair of scans.
Manual entry of control point coordinates
This new feature allows you to input control points directly without the need to import a control file or type in additional control points into a previously import control file.

Compatibility
Leica Cyclone REGISTER 360 PLUS 2024.0.1 (or higher) or Leica Cyclone version 2023.1.0 (or higher) to support data import.
Leica Cyclone REGISTER 360 PLUS 2025.0.0 (or higher) is required to support the Georeferencing workflow.
Recommended Hardware and Software Specifications
Android tablet or phone running on Android 10.0 or higher on 64-bit ARM architecture with 64-bit operating system and at least 4GB of RAM.
Recommended devices:
Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 and S9
Samsung GalaxyS23, S24 series
Apple iPad or Apple iPhone running on iOS17 or higher with 64-bit operating system and at least 4GB of RAM.
Recommended devices:
iPad Pro 11 (2021, 2022, 2023, 2024) and iPhone
13, 14, 15, 16 series.
For first generation BLK360 scanners, iOS devices are recommended.
Licensing
Leica Cyclone FIELD 360 6.0 requires an active Cyclone REGISTER family or Cyclone FIELD 360 license for activation.
Leica Cyclone FIELD 360 Pro is required for use of the plug-ins (FF/FL and QuickPlan).
