Reality Cloud Studio: Security

Where is the uploaded/processed data stored?

Data uploaded to accounts of companies registered in the United States and Canada is located in and AWS server in the Oregon in the United States. Data uploaded to accounts of companies registered outside of the United States and Canada is located in an AWS server in Ireland.

Is my data encrypted?

Yes. The files are encrypted with AES-256 and databases use AWS Key Management System
(KMS).

Does Reality Cloud Studio support SSO and MFA?

Not at this time. This will be added to the product in 2024.

Does Reality Cloud Studio support SOC 2 Type II and ISO 127001?

Not at this time. This will be added to the product in 2024.
