Where is the uploaded/processed data stored?
Uploaded data is stored in an AWS instance located in Ireland
Where is the server located?
The AWS instance used for Reality Cloud Studio is located in Ireland
Is my data encrypted?
Yes. The files are encrypted with AES-256 and databases use AWS Key Management System
(KMS).
Does Reality Cloud Studio support SSO and MFA?
Not at this time. This will be added to the product in 2024.
Does Reality Cloud Studio support SOC 2 Type II and ISO 127001?
Not at this time. This will be added to the product in 2024.
