Why am I unable to create a new company account with my email address?

If your email address is already associated with another company account as a user, you will not be able to establish a new company account with that email address. Plese the delete the user associated with your email address prior to attempting new company account creation with that email address.

Once your new company account is created, you can be added as an external user of any other Reality Cloud Studio account owned by another company.

Why didn’t I receive my email verification email?

If you completed the account registration but did not receive the email verification, please first check your spam folders for an email with the subject XXXXXXX sent from XXXX@XXXX.com.

If you are not able to locate this email, please try to use the I forgot my password option.

If you still are unable to resolve the issue, please contact support.
