Why am I unable to auto-register the uploaded E57 files?

To auto-register E57 files the VIS information is required. VIS information for RTC360 and new BLK360 devices) is stored in a dedicated JSON file that is only uploaded to Reality Cloud Studio when using the Cyclone FIELD 360 app or BLK Live app. You can learn more here.

How many E57 files can the auto-registration feature handle?

Up to 75 E57 scans can be registered using Reality Cloud Studio (must include VIS data from Cyclone FIELD 360 app or BLK Live app)

How many B2G files can the auto-registration feature handle?

Up to 20 B2G scans can be registered using Reality Cloud Studio.
