Function

The Window command restricts where grid and TGRD nodes are created.

Procedure

You will be prompted for a rectangular window which will limit grid cell creation. No grid cells or TGRD cells will be computed outside of this area. This is used when you are refining a small area of a large surface and want to avoid creating a huge grid each iteration.

Use with caution. If you set a grid cell window, and forget it, when you attempt to create a grid or TGRD outside of that area, no grid cells will be computed. If you set a grid window, use it, then set it back to maximum immediately.
