Color from Scanner / Intensity Mapping / Greyscale
Function
Provide you convenient switching among most frequently used point cloud color mapping modes. This command will not change the color mapping parameters such as intensity mapping range.
Procedure
Intensity Mapping- Click this icon to use intensity mapped colors to display points.
Color from Scanner- Click this icon to display points with colors from scanner when color data is available.
Click on the icon or type CWCOLORMODE at the CAD command line and press Enter.
Select point color mapping mode:
Select Intensity (hue) to display all point clouds with intensity-mapped colors. If intensity data is not available, IMS Map360 attempts to use true color data (if available), then a single color.
Or select Rgb (scanner) to display all point clouds with true color mapped into the CAD palette. If true color data is not present (It must be scanned with a calibrated scanner.) for a point cloud, the point cloud will instead use intensity data (if available), then a single color.
Or select Grayscale to display all point clouds with intensity-mapped colors. If intensity data is not available, IMS Map360 attempts to use true color data (if available), then a single color.
