Visualization modes
Visualization modes can be used to quickly change which objects within an asset are visible in the scene and how they are displayed.

Visualization modes
Point Cloud ![]() | Click the Point Cloud button to view only the point cloud. This setting will override the Mesh or Comparison modes. | ![]() Point Cloud Only |
Mesh ![]() | Click the Mesh button to view only the mesh. This setting will override the Point Cloud or Comparison modes. A mesh may not be available for the asset. Please refer to the mesh creation article for more information. If the asset contains a mesh, this will be the default mode. | ![]() Mesh Only |
Panorama ![]() | Click the Panorama button to view only the panoramic images. Setup disks or visualization disks are present on the canvas making it possible to jump to an available panoramic image. | ![]() |
Dollhouse ![]() | Click the Dollhouse button to view the mesh with top removed (e.g. building ceiling or roof) This mode can be especially helpful for multi-story buildings or those where both the interior and exterior were scanned and a standard mesh view would cause the exterior roof to obscure the interior of the building. This setting can be combined with any other visualization mode. If the asset has no mesh, Dollhouse mode cannot be activated. | ![]() Dollhouse off ![]() Dollhouse on |

Set preferred starting view mode
Set the preferred starting view when opening an asset as: Mesh, Point Cloud or Imagery. This allows This is beneficial for users who prefer to work in panoramic setups for performance reasons on integrated graphics cards or slower internet connections. The user setting can be found in the “My Profile” section of your account management.
