Reality Cloud Studio | Known Issues

Below is a list of current known issues for Reality Cloud Studio and their workarounds, where available.

Slow Project Loading for Admins

Due to Admin users having access to all projects in an account, their projects page may be slow to load or appear empty while the entire project library loads.

Workaround: The issue will typically resolve, and the project page will load normally for the rest of a session once the projects have fully loaded.

Failed LGSx Imports

LGSx files which are created via the LGS Converter Utility rather than published directly from Cyclone REGISTER 360 PLUS version 2023.0.3 and later may not yield the expected results.

Workaround: Wherever possible, export LGSx files directly from Cyclone REGISTER 360 PLUS.

Failed LGS(x) Meshing

LGS and LGSx files which do not contain panos will fail to mesh due to the lack of imagery for texturing.

LGS and LGSx files containing tracks will fail to mesh. Tracks are present in all mobile data including TRK, BLK2GO, BLK2FLY, BLK2GO PULSE and BLK ARC.

LGSx files containing hashing will fail to mesh.

Workaround: Wherever possible, publish LGSx files with panos and without Tracks and hashing.
