# Workplane - Wall

## Function

This command fits a temporary patch to the point cloud from a user defined wall and orientates the UCS to fit while changing the Z-Axis.

## Procedure

To orientate the UCS to a Wall:

1. Click on the icon or type **Cwworkplane** at the CAD command line and press **Enter**
2. Type **W**all at the CAD command line and press **Enter**
3. The user will be prompted to **Pick wall point**
  1. Be sure **Node OSNAP** is on
  2. Pick on the point cloud to define the wall
4. The UCS will now be aligned to the Wall that was defined
