# Orientation - Plan View

## Function

This command will toggle the X, Y UCS to make it easy to orientate to Plan View.

## Procedure

Orientate view to Plan View:

1. Click on the icon or type **Cwworkplane** at the CAD command line and press **Enter**
2. Type **PL** at the CAD command line and press **Enter**
  1. The UCS will be orientated to X,Y
3. Click the Align View command and the point cloud will be orientated to an plan view.
