# Orientation - Elevation View

## Function

This command will toggle the X, Z UCS to make it easy to orientate to an Elevation View.

## Procedure

1. Click on the icon or type **Cwworkplane** at the CAD command line and press **Enter**
2. Type **EL** for Elevation View at the CAD command line and press **Enter**
  1. The UCS will be orientated to X,Z.
3. Click the Align View command and the point cloud will be orientated to an elevation view.
