# Clipping - Slice Backward

## Function

This command moves the existing slice by one step (equal to the thickness of the slice) in the negative direction along its axis.

## Procedure

Click on the Slice Backward icon in the Clipping section of the Point Cloud ribbon to move the point cloud slice backwards.
