# Login and authorisation

This page explains how to log in to Hexagon GeoCloud, including email/password and SSO login options. For user roles and authorisation, see [Roles and permissions](/v1/docs/hexagon-geocloud-roles-and-permissions).

## Logging in

1. Navigate to [https://geocloud.hxdr.app](https://geocloud.hxdr.app/) and click on the **Log in** button.
2. You will be redirected to the first Login page. Enter your email address and click **Continue**.

3. Based on the login type associated with your email you will be redirected to the respective authorisation provider page.

> [!NOTE]
> If you have multiple login types associated to your email you will see the **Select your account** page, letting you choose preferred option. See the screenshot below.

Supported login types

### For email address & password accounts - HxDR accounts

1. Enter the email address and password associated with your account and click **Login**.

> [!NOTE]
> If logging in for the first time after receiving an invitation email, click the **Accept invitation** link in the email before proceeding. You will be prompted to set your password.

#### Reset your password

If you want to change your password or cannot remember it, you can reset it from the login screen.

1. On the HxDR login page, click **Forgot password?**

2. Enter the email address associated with your account and click **Reset my password.**

3. Check your inbox for a password reset email from HxDR Support. Copy the code included in the email.
4. On the reset screen, enter the **code from the email**, your **new password**, and **confirm the new password** in the fields provided, then click **Change password**.

5. You will be redirected to the login screen. Log in with your new password.

### For GeoCloud Drive users

1. Choose MyWorld option. You will be redirected to the MyWorld login page. Use MyWorld credentials to login to GeoCloud.
