Ability to publish to RCP without a Cyclone WORKFLOW license.
Limited to only importing BLK Reality Capture scanner data, including BLK360, BLK360 G1, BLK2GO, BLK2FLY and BLK ARC.
Can read and load Cyclone REGISTER 360 projects that only contain BLK data.
Workflow when Cyclone REGISTER 360 PLUS and Cyclone REGISTER 360 PLUS (BLK Edition) are installed on the same computer:
Scenario 1- Cyclone REGISTER 360 PLUS and Cyclone REGISTER 360 PLUS (BLK Edition) use different project storage folders.
Scenario 2- Both Cyclone REGISTER 360 PLUS and Cyclone REGISTER 360 PLUS (BLK Edition) use the same project storage folder.
Note: It is highly recommended to use different project storage folders.
During installation, there is an option to choose the same project storage folder as the currently installed version of Cyclone REGISTER 360 PLUS. So, in this scenario, both Cyclone REGISTER 360 PLUS and Cyclone REGISTER 360 PLUS (BLK Edition) will use the same project storage folder.
Cyclone REGISTER 360 PLUS (BLK Edition) will load and create projects that contain only BLK data.
Cyclone REGISTER 360 PLUS (BLK Edition) will not load or view any projects that contain scan data from other scanners, such as RTC360, P-Series, C-Series, or other formats like E57, PTG, or FLS.
To open projects that are contained in a project storage folder that is not the default storage folder, the Reconnect tool must be used.
If the Reconnect tool is used in Cyclone REGISTER 360 PLUS (BLK Edition) to connect to a project storage folder, Cyclone REGISTER 360 PLUS (BLK Edition) will only see those projects that contain only BLK scan data. Projects that contain other scan data will not be seen by Cyclone REGISTER 360 PLUS (BLK Edition).
If the Reconnect tool is used from Cyclone REGISTER 360 PLUS (not the BLK Edition) to connect to a project storage folder that the Cyclone REGISTER 360 PLUS (BLK Edition) is using, then Cyclone REGISTER 360 PLUS will connect to all the BLK Edition projects. These projects will no longer be available to Cyclone REGISTER 360 (BLK Edition) until the Reconnect tool is used in Cyclone REGISTER 360 PLUS (BLK Edition) to reconnect to the same projects.
