# RTC360 Firmware 7.0.2 Compatibility Requirements

## Summary

Cyclone REGISTER 360 PLUS versions earlier than 2026.0.0 do not support the new data structure introduced with RTC360 firmware 7.0.2. As a result, users working with RTC360 scanners with firmware version 7.0.2 may experience errors when importing or processing scan data in older Cyclone REGISTER 360 PLUS releases.

## Required Action

Customers using RTC360 firmware 7.0.2 must upgrade to Cyclone REGISTER 360 PLUS 2026.0.0 or newer to ensure full compatibility and proper data handling.
