# Project Selector

When the program opens, the project selector is shown, allowing the user to see which projects are currently available.

The user can:

- View the recently opened projects, or, by selecting the **All Projects** button, view all projects.
- Enter a search value in the search field to search for a particular project; not available if searching for recently used projects.
- Sort by modified date or project name.
- Replace the Leica icon with an image of the project during import or use the **Explorer** panel in the **Review and Optimize** section. Select this link [Thumbnail](/v1/docs/cyclone-register-360-set-project-thumbnail) or search for "Thumbnail" in this help file to find out how to replace the thumbnail.

- Select the version of the project to open by using the drop-down for each project.
