# BLK ARC: Static Scans Are Missing When Imported Directly From the Scanner

## Summary

When importing BLK ARC data directly from the scanner into Cyclone REGISTER 360 PLUS, static scans are missing from the imported dataset.

## Workaround

The workaround is to download a dataset via BLK Data Manager and then import it into Cyclone REGISTER 360 PLUS.
