Set the view, then click **Update global view** to define the main view of the report. 2. Set the **GradientUnit**. 3. In addition to the main report, it is possible to insert additional information about issues (specific views and metrics). Check **Detailed Report**, then: 1. Select the statuses of the **Detailed issues** you want to include in the report. 2. **Compute** the Report. 4. You have the possibility to export issues in a BCF file (see [BCF (Bim Collaboration Format)](/v1/docs/cyclone-3dr-bcfbimcollaborationformat)): 1. Choose whether to generate **detailed issues** or just a **summary** one. 2. Enter somebody to be **Assigned to** the issues. 3. In the case of **detailed issues,** select the statuses to export. 5. Exit the command to validate the workflow. 6. Check your report from the [Report Editor](/v1/docs/cyclone-3dr-reporteditoroverview) to generate a PDF file. > [!WARNING] > ### Notes > > Computing a **Detailed report** with a lot of issues will have an impact on the report generation time and may increase the global responsive time of the user interface.
