# Save As

This command opens a dialog-box to choose a **.3dr file** that is used to save the active document.

> ### Requirements
> 
> No selection is required to launch the command.

> ### Notes
> 
> - If the active document has never been saved, this command will work as the [Save](/v1/docs/cyclone-3dr-save) command.
> - The contents of the recycle bin and Undo/Redo actions are never saved.
