# From Alignment

This command converts Alignment objects (road and / or tunnel axis) into polylines.

> ### Requirements
> 
> Select the alignment you want to convert and launch the command.

1. In the **Outputs** settings,you can choose to export the 2D profile of the alignment.

> ### Notes
> 
> When using the command on an alignment with multiples segments, a set of polyline will be created instead of just one polyline.
