# Distance between Points

This command allows to measure the distance between two points. You will have to click two consecutive points in order to generate a measure containing distance information.

- Check Sign distances along axes to indicate negative distances relative to the starting point. It also changes the arrow to indicate the starting point
- Type your comment in the **Comment** if needed.
- You can measure a new distance by clicking on **OK, Next** or you can validate your current measure and exit the command by clicking **OK, Exit**.
