# Grid

An automatic grid is added to new documents if you check **Default Grid** in [Grid Settings](https://hexagon.atlassian.net/wiki/pages/createpage.action?spaceKey=Hlp2025x1&title=GridSettingsC). You also can display quotation texts of grid checking **Show text**.

Customized grid objects can be created thanks to the command [Construct Grid](https://hexagon.atlassian.net/wiki/pages/createpage.action?spaceKey=Hlp2025x1&title=GridC).
