# Fill Surface

This command computes a CAD surface using the selected contour as border.

> ### Requirements
> 
> Select a CAD wire and launch the command. The wire must be closed and composed of at least 3 CAD curves.

1. If the CAD wire is composed of 3 or 4 CAD curves, choose the **filling type**:
  - **Flat** to have the flattest patch
  - **Intermediate**
  - **Curved** to have the most rounded patch
