# Pipe / Tube along a Path

This command creates CAD surface(s) corresponding to a circle extrusion along path(s).

> ### Requirements
> 
> Select one or several paths (a CAD wire, a CAD curve, CAD compound with wires and curves only, or a linear geometry) and launch the command.

1. Define the **Radius** of the circle used for the extrusion computation.
2. Check **Close extremities** if you want a closed CAD surface as output.

> ### Notes
> 
> If the selected path is closed, the resulted CAD surface will be necessarily closed. So, the option is greyed out if all selected paths are closed.
