2022.1.1 | Support direct importing of the .cmi format for BLK3D

*.CMI files from BLK3D and now be directly added to REGISTER 360 instead of just from FIELD 360.

Drag and Drop a *.cmi file directly into the Review & Optimize area or through the Import area. It will be added to the assets tab.

This feature supports a more streamlined workflow for those users who do not use FIELD 360 or want to import *.CMI files after importing data.
