2022.1.1 | Add Cyclone FIELD 360-type links in the import area

The feature allows the user to add Cyclone FIELD 360 type links in the import area with data from Cyclone FIELD 360 or an RTC360 run with Cyclone FIELD 360.

The feature allows the user to complete the network of links before Importing the data into Cyclone REGISTER 360. A red link takes the current positions of the connected setups and performs Cloud-to-Cloud, registering the setups together.

Workflow:

• Add data in the Import area of Cyclone REGISTER 360 from Cyclone FIELD 360 or RTC360 data that was collected with Cyclone FIELD 360.

• Select one setup with the left mouse then hold down the shift key and select another setup.

  • The Add and Delete link buttons will appear in the action bar.

• Click the Add Link button to add a Red link.

• If adding a link between setups that are orphans (no connections) then Cyclone REGISTER 360 will try to align the setups using the preview scans. If successful a Red link will be added.

• When Importing into Cyclone REGISTER 360, the only links created will be from the red links (no automatic link creation will happen).
