Visual Notes

This command helps to create a report made of notes.

1. Click Add note button and click the aimed object.

2. Fill the note information (Title, Assignee, Description and Priority).
   If necessary, update it later thanks to Edit infos button.
   Optionally, if the note is clicked on a BIM object, it is possible to copy metadata of the component.

3. Then, the command gives the ability to add views and images describing the issue. All these contents will be inserted in the report. 

   1. Click Add measures. 3 default scenes will be displayed (3D View, Top View and Side View) where it is possible to restrict the area of interest, to add a measure between 2 points or 2 planes, and to add views corresponding to the 3 scenes. Click OK to validate and exit the tool. 

   2. Add additional views and images to the note:

      • Add Scene View to save the current view.

      • Load Images to import images from the disk.

      • Add Images to record an image using the webcam.

   3. Use the View and Image Galleries to display them and to remove or update some of them.

4. Repeat by adding other notes. In case of error, simply remove the note from the list. 

5. Click Update main view to define the main view of the report (a common view between all notes). 

6. Optionally, export the corresponding BCF.
