BIM Inspect Notes

This command allows creating notes from the inspected BIM model. A note documents an identified defect (as-built vs model), it may contain:

• Inspection measures, 

• 3D views (viewsets), 

• Images (photos from the camera device), 

• A comment.

All note information will be used to generate the report at the final step of the workflow.

1. Click the pin button to add a note on the inspected model. Each note is automatically named thanks to the BIM component name. Optionally, rename them using .

2. Select a note, either through the scene or the list and edit it thanks to the pen button. You can remove a note and its content thanks to the bin icon.

3. Add contents to describe the defect:

   • Scene views with measures ( ). You can add/delete deviation measures and define scene views to add to the report. Click Open Gallery to visualize the recorded scene views. You can remove or update them.

   • Photos taken with the webcams ( ). Once a  photo has been taken, you can Open Gallery to visualize the recorded images. You can remove or update them.

   • Comments ( ).

4. Define the view to insert at the beginning of the report with Update main view button.

5. Then click Next to validate and continue (BIM Inspect Report).
