Scan to Pipe - Catalogs
Cyclone 3DR comes bundled with some default pipe catalogs and their standards. These correspond to generic pipe elements and can not be deleted. This page allows to manage and add your own catalogs when these don’t suit your needs.
Add new catalog: give it a name. A first standard will be automatically assigned. You may edit it out using Modify standards.
Load and Save allow to import and export selected catalogs, allowing to back them up and to share them with. Format used is an archive file (.zip).
Use Modify standards to allow the editing of the currently selected catalog. Once activated, the Standard list allows you to Add a standard and delete an embedded standard.
Notes
Cyclone 3DR catalogs and standards are stored in C:\Users\Public\Leica Geosystems\Cyclone 3DR\ScanToPipe.
Default catalogs and standards can not be deleted.
A catalog can only include standards from the same unit: either inches (in) or millimeters (mm).
Straight pipes are the only mandatory component type in a catalog.
Elbows, Reducers and Junctions can be part of a standard.
Flanges can not be part of a standard, thus will always be considered as custom elements.

Catalogs are not embedded in a Cyclone 3DR project (.3DR file). If you share a project containing catalog Scan to Pipe workflow(s), you must also share the corresponding catalog(s) using Save.
