Distance between Planes

This command allows to measure the distance between two planes. You will have to click two consecutive points in ordered to generated a measure containing distance information.

Warning

The clicked planes need to be almost parallel (the angle between the planes have to be inferior to 5°) and not intersect.

• Check Sign distances along axes to indicate negative distances relative to the starting point. It also changes the arrow to indicate the starting point.

• Type your comment in the Comment if needed.

• You can measure a new distance by clicking on OK, Next or you can validate your current measure and exit the command by clicking OK.
