CreateUCS
All those commands allow creating or modifying a UCS in an iterative way using the following principle:
Starting from any Coordinate System, the chosen command will create and activate a new Unnamed UCS.
If an Unnamed UCS already exists, the command will modify it.
Renaming an Unnamed UCS will validate it. Launching another UCS command will create a new Unnamed UCS.
