Compare Side by Side
This command vertically splits the 3D graphic zone: one for each selected object. You can create 8 views at maximum. Select the view to activate it.
Requirements
Select two objects in the view to split (its top border is colored in red) and launch the command.
Tips & Tricks
All other objects present in the scene will be visible in both views.
You may also select two folders to compare, or an object and a folder
Notes
Each view can be:
resized.
split again.
undocked and docked.
closed.
The multi-view mode is saved in the document.
Once you have split your 3D scene into several views, you can choose to hide or show entities in each view by selected an active view, and using bulbs in the treeview.
